خصوصيتك مهمة. هذه الصفحة تشرح بوضوح وبدقة ما يفعله تطبيق "ادوات PDF" ببياناتك، وما لا يفعله — على iPhone وأندرويد على حدٍ سواء.

المبدأ الأساسي

معظم أدوات التطبيق (الدمج، التقسيم، التدوير، الضغط، الحماية، التعديل والتوقيع، التحويل من وإلى الصور، المسح الضوئي) تعمل بالكامل على جهازك. ملفاتك لا تغادر هاتفك في هذه الأدوات إطلاقًا.

الاستثناء الوحيد: تحويل مستندات Office

أداة "Office إلى PDF" (تحويل Word وExcel وPowerPoint) تتطلب معالجة لا يمكن إجراؤها على الهاتف، لذا يُرفع الملف مؤقتًا إلى خادم نقوم بتشغيله لهذا الغرض فقط. تفاصيل هذه المعالجة:

• يُستخدم الملف حصريًا لإجراء عملية التحويل التي طلبتها.
• يُحذف الملف ونتيجة التحويل تلقائيًا من الخادم خلال 30 دقيقة كحد أقصى.
• لا يُربط الملف بهويتك — لا يوجد حساب مستخدم، ولا بريد إلكتروني، ولا أي معرّف شخصي يُرسل مع الملف.
• لا تتم مشاركة الملف مع أي طرف ثالث، ولا يُستخدم لأي غرض آخر غير التحويل.
• الاتصال بالخادم مشفّر بالكامل (HTTPS).

الكاميرا ومكتبة الصور

يستخدم التطبيق الكاميرا لمسح المستندات الورقية، ومكتبة/معرض الصور لاستيراد الصور أو حفظ الصفحات المصدَّرة. تتم هذه العمليات بالكامل على جهازك ولا تُرسل أي صورة إلى أي خادم.

ما لا يجمعه التطبيق

• لا حسابات مستخدمين ولا تسجيل دخول
• لا أدوات تحليلات (Analytics) أو تتبع من أي نوع
• لا إعلانات
• لا بيانات موقع جغرافي
• لا مشاركة بيانات مع أطراف ثالثة

التخزين المحلي

الملفات التي تستوردها أو تنشئها تُخزَّن داخل التطبيق على جهازك فقط، باستخدام إطار العمل القياسي لتخزين البيانات في نظام التشغيل (SwiftData على iOS، وRoom على أندرويد). يمكنك حذفها في أي وقت من داخل التطبيق.

خصوصية الأطفال

التطبيق غير موجه للأطفال ولا يجمع بيانات عن قصد من أي مستخدم أيًا كان عمره.

تغييرات على هذه السياسة

Privacy Policy — PDF Tools

Your privacy matters. This page explains clearly and precisely what "PDF Tools" does with your data — and what it doesn't — on both iPhone and Android.

The core principle

Most of the app's tools (merge, split, rotate, compress, password protect, edit & sign, image conversion, document scanning) run entirely on your device. Your files never leave your phone for these tools.

The one exception: Office document conversion

The "Office to PDF" tool (converting Word, Excel, and PowerPoint files) requires processing that can't be done on-device, so the file is temporarily uploaded to a server we operate solely for this purpose. Details:

• The file is used exclusively to perform the conversion you requested.
• The file and the converted result are automatically deleted from the server within 30 minutes at most.
• The file is never linked to your identity — there is no user account, no email address, and no personal identifier sent with the file.
• The file is never shared with any third party, and never used for any purpose other than the conversion itself.
• The connection to the server is fully encrypted (HTTPS).

Camera and Photo Library

The app uses the camera to scan paper documents, and the photo library to import images or save exported pages. These operations happen entirely on your device — no image is ever sent to any server.

What the app does not collect

• No user accounts, no sign-in
• No analytics or tracking tools of any kind
• No ads
• No location data
• No data sharing with third parties

Local storage

Files you import or create are stored inside the app on your device only, using the operating system's standard local storage (SwiftData on iOS, Room on Android). You can delete them at any time from within the app.

Children's privacy

The app is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect data from users of any age.

Changes to this policy

This page may be updated occasionally. The "last updated" date at the top will always reflect the latest revision.
